BillNudge is a bill reminder service run from Bengaluru, India. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it, in plain words.
Only what you send us: the bills you forward (PDFs, photos, screenshots or emails), your name, email address and WhatsApp/phone number, and your replies such as "paid" or "snooze". We never ask for access to your inbox, bank account, UPI or card details.
To read the biller, amount, due date and account details from your bill, and to send you reminders on WhatsApp, SMS or a call until you mark the bill paid. Bills are read using Anthropic's Claude AI model. Messages are sent through messaging and calling providers that work on our behalf.
We don't pay bills or move money. We don't sell your data, share it for advertising, or show ads.
We keep what reminders need while you use BillNudge. Message "delete my data" on WhatsApp, or email founder@billnudge.in, and we'll delete your bills and details.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
